Red Lobster

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Red Lobster we has to review. Thank you to Nicole for such good customer service and etiquette. From the introduction greeted with a smile with a warmth that was so inviting. Nicole gave us very good meal and drink selections. We didn't feel rushed and was attentive to us. When it was time to go she send us off by saying "get home safe, hope to see you guys again". Enjoyed the energy and vibes through our dining experience.

We have been to red lobster many times always good services, however today Joshua our waiter was extremely helpful and caring with his services from the Bar drinks and menu. We can only said thank you Josh, Mia and Deb for amazing time and kudos to the chef for exquisite food. Kudos to Josh who went above and beyond with my dad and mom anniversary celebration of 58 years with ice cream

Sara, our waitress, was very attentive and paid exceptional attention to detail with my family. She listened carefully to our orders and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided insight and clarity when we decided on our order. Sara is a dream employee for business. In fact if she were located where our business is located. I would definitely try to recruit her. I strongly suspect she has leadership qualities and she should be given the opportunity. Sarah was a pleasant addition to our dining experience and an asset to your team and for this, she should be recognized.

I was stuck in traffic on my way home, so decided to stop, eat to kill time and perhaps get home faster. Great decision. The food was tasty and service was prompt and friendly. As a matter of fact, this was the best RL meal I've had in years.

Best crispy biscuits I enjoyed these more here then I have in a few other places the chef made a good steak the broccoli was bomb to perfect and that ceaser salad was the best The waitress was very pleasant and always checking up on me. It was the best customer service.

My first time at a red lobster in PA, the consistency of the food pretty good at other red lobster I’ve been to in other states. Service was great! It was quiet for a Friday afternoon. Loved it! One of the few places that serves seafood that actually opens early! So that was a plus! Clean and sanitized location!

Our server Brett was amazing and his manager Emily as well. Celebrated my 63rd Birthday at the best place ever, food was incredibly delicious and hot. Highly recommended at stroudsburg location….

We’ve eaten seafood at this location many times and it has always been a great experience. Our most recent visit was 3/19/24 during the afternoon; we had a really nice lunch. Sarah took excellent care of us at our table, checking in occasional to make sure we had everything we needed. The portions were very good, and delicious… ( we took a lot of food home ) as we couldn’t finish it all!
